My Utopia Space is committed to providing exceptional customer service. We ensure that all items on our website are available and that pricing is true and correct. Suppose an ordered item is unavailable, or we cannot fulfill your order. In that case, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an alternative item, a backorder, or a full refund.

This is a hobby shop; we are all working and studying full-time. 

We will answer your queries, comments, and complaints as soon as possible, generally after 4 in the afternoon and on weekends.
