Domestic Shipping

We deliver items Australia-wide using Australia Post.

Orders are dispatched within 3 business days. Shipping times are estimated at 3–7 business days, depending on your location in Australia.

Local contactless pick up available in Canberra from the maker or stockist.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there may be delays in deliveries.

I am a full-time nurse looking after 7 nursing homes interstate. I travel a lot for work, and I am usually home on Friday evenings to pack and post products.

International Shipping

We provide flatrate based on 500grams parcel. We reserve the right to pass on additional postage costs per 0.5kg. Please consult your own country regulations on duties and taxes that may be applicable to your order. It is your legal obligation to pay for the required taxes of your country. 

Transaction currency

All transactions are processed in Australia Dollars (AUD).

Returns

Please choose carefully. We do not accept returns or refunds if you change your mind.

I only run a small number of products by batch, and some of the materials will have flaws, making each piece unique.

If guaranteed faulty and products of the same kind are unavailable for replacement, we are happy to create a credit note for future purchases.

If the product has been damaged in transit, please lodge a claim with Australia Post. Please present the packaging and product for them to assess for compensation. All parcels that cost more than $100 are insured. If you require additional insurance, please advise us at the time of purchase. $2.50 per $100 Australia-wide and $8 International per $100.

I cut, assemble, and finish each piece of this wearable art. I inspect and pack the products securely. If I need to correct something, please contact me to discuss options.

ADOPTIONS

Our products from experiments, prototyping, and slight imperfections are not sold, but we will offer them for adoption to eligible customers. They come with an adoption card. We request that you keep and love them, re-gift them but not re-sell them.

CANCELLING ORDERS

If you cancel unposted orders for any reason, we can refund you the amount less the 4% PayPal fee.
